Chapter 105 - Johto Finished!

The closing ceremony and awards giving for the Johto League Jr.Competition have just ended and Rize was given a certification of achieving the runner up position in the 90th Johto League Jr.Competition.
Antoine: It's finally over... Rize congratulations on making it to the final and took the runner up position.
Rize: Yeah.. altough I didn't win but still it's quite an achievement and I'm grateful for it. Let's all do our best next year!
Antoine: Right!
Jin: This may be the last time I'm competing in Leagues Competition.
Rize: Eh? Why?
Jin: I think I'm going to focus on Pokeathlon and become a Pro Pokemon Athlete! I just think that battling is not really my stuff.. so..
Antoine: I see.. well all the best then!
Rize: Congratulation on winning Schumi! But next year don't ever think of it! Haha
Schumi: Thanks.. By next year, our gap will be too far for you to reach!
Rize: I'm looking forward to the day we battle again!
Jin: How about you Rize? What's your next plan?
Rize: Well..  for now I'm just going back home to Hoenn.
Rize is going back to Hoenn while everyone else have their own destination.. even tough the League have come to an end, new adventures and places are yet to be explored and ofcourse there's still lots of Pokemon yet to meet.

Chapter 104 - Final Showdown! And the Winner is...

The final round winner of the Johto League is still a mystery as both Trainers are equal in score to 3 Pokemon left.
Rize: Let's see whose armor is stronger! Donphan! Your turn!

Rize have choosen the armor Pokemon Donphan!
Schumi: Pupitar Rock Slide!
Rize: Donphan blow the rocks away!
Donphan blew the rocks away with its strong body and tusk.
Rize:  That kind of physical attacks won't affect my Donphan's strong defense! Donphan Rollout attack!
Donphan used Rollout and hit Pupitar but Pupitar didn't move even an inch from its original spot.
Schumi: So do your physical attacks won't do a thing to my Pupitar.
Donphan kept rolling and pushed Pupitar back bit by bit.
Schumi: What?!
Rize: Keep at it Donphan!
Pupitar's strong armor shell began to crack!
Rize: Yes!
But unfortunately the crack doesn't signify damage but it turns out that Pupitar's evolving.

Rize: No way!
Schumi: Finally! Tyranitar use Iron Tail!
Tyranitar swing its heavy hard tail and used Iron Tail on Donphan's head and knocked Donphan to the ground hard.

Referee: Donphan is unable to battle! Tyranitar wins!
Rize: Impossible! Knocking out my Donphan with just 1 hit?! And with a physical attack?!
Schumi: That's just how strong my Tyranitar is.. next!
Rize: " I can't lose! I won against the King of Mt.Silver! " Swampert! Only you can do it!

Schumi: Tyranitar charge in!
Rize: You wanna play power with power?! Swampert go head on!
Swampert and Tyranitar grabbed its other's hand and started to push each other backward.
Schumi: Hehehe.. Tyranitar close range Hyper Beam!
Rize: So this is his true intention?! Swampert Hydro Pump!
Swampert used Hydro Pump and pushed Tyranitar far to the back but Tyranitar still manage to fire the Hyper Beam and cuts trough the Hydro Pump and hit Swampert.

But due to the side effect of Hyper Beam, Tyranitar can't move for a momment after that.
Rize: Swampert! Now's the chance! Quick use Ice Punch!
Swampert hurried and hit Tyranitar with Ice Punch and Tyranitar is frozen.
Rize: Brick Break!
Swampert crushed Tyranitar and the ice with Brick Break. It looks like the training in Mt.Silver have paid off.
Referee: Tyranitar is unable to battle! Swampert wins!
Schumi: Tch! Blaziken go!

Rize: "He knew Blaziken is in a type disadvantage against Swampert but he still choose Blaziken! I'm sure Blaziken is his strongest Pokemon and that means the next Pokemon is not strong enough to handle Swampert!
Schumi: Blaziken use Bulk Up!
Rize: Swampert use Hydro Pump!
Blaziken was hit by Hydro Pump before it can avoid it.
Schumi: So it looks like you're stronger now!
Rize: Ofcourse! We won't lose to the same opponent twice! Swampert use Mud Bomb!
Schumi: Dodge and use Hi Jump Kick!
Blaziken dodged Swampert's Mud Bomb and hit Swampert with Hi Jump Kick.
Schumi: Now Sky Upper Cut!
Blaziken followed it up with Sky Upper Cut and Swampert is badly injured.
Rize: Ugh! Swampert hang on! Use Hydro Pump!
Schumi: Dodge it quick!
Blaziken tried to dodge but the arena's ground was covered in mud due to Swampert's Mud Bomb and failed to dodge and hit by another Hydro Pump and this time Blaziken is seriously injured but it's Blaze abillity activated and powered up its Fire power. Swampert's Torrent abillity is acitvated too in the same time due to the exhaustion and powered up its Water power.
Schumi: Full power Blaze Kick!!!
Rize: Full power Hydro Pump!!!|
Swampert used Hydro Pump but Blaziken's Blaze Kick keep moving forward despite of the water current force and managed to hit Swampert with Blaze Kick and created a huge explosion. As the smokes were cleared both Pokemon appear to be laying on the ground.
Rize: Stand up Swampert!!
Schumi: Blaziken!!
Both Pokemon tried to stand up but Blaziken failed to stand up and fainted while Swampert managed to stand back up.
Referee: Blaziken is unable to battle! Swampert wins!
Ling: He did it!
Jin: Now it's 2 against 1!
Rize was excited for the win as he finally defeated the very same Blaziken that trashed him a year ago in the Hoenn league. In addition to Blaziken being Schumi's strongest Pokemon, Rize's confidence is firing and determined to win this final match for sure.
Rize: Swampert return! Take a quick rest inside! Glalie go!

Schumi: I really never expected for you to went this far. I thought I would not need to use this Pokemon. Remember the Pokemon we fought together in Mahogany's Lake?
Rize: Don't tell me that.. it's..!!
Schumi: Right! Gyarados go!

Schumi: Luckily I've managed to control this Pokemon at last in time!
Rize: Glalie use Light Screen!
Glalie puts up a Light Screen to toughen its sp.defense for the team.
Schumi: Useless! Gyarados Twister!
Gyarados created a powerful Twister and twisted Glalie around.
Rize: Glalie don't lose! Gyro Ball!
Glalie hit Gyardos with Gyro Ball hard on its stomach.
Schumi: You're only making it angry! Dragon Breath!
Rize: Glalie Ice Beam!!

Glalie fired a powerful Ice Beam to counter Gyarados' Dragon Breath but its power can't match with it and it got hit with Gyarados' Dragon Breath and knocked out in an instant.
Referee: Glalie is unable to battle! Gyarados wins!
Rize: Swampert! I'm counting on you again!
Antoine: It's 1 on 1 now!!
Jin: But Swampert's not in a good shape!
Rize: Swampert use Hydro Pump!
Schumi: Dragon Breath!
Swampert fired a powered up Hydro Pump from Torrent and clashed with Gyarados' Dragon Breath and its equally powerful and cancelled each other.
Schumi: Twister!
Gyarados created a powerful Twister and Swampert is hanging on its spot tough.
Rize: Please! Hang on!
Schumi: Such a persistent one! Gyarados bind it with your body and bind it tight!
Swampert was binded tight by Gyarados and screamed in pain.
Rize: Swampert Ice Punch!!!
Swampert couldn't gather its strength to use Ice Punch as it is binded tight and it couldn't endure it any longer.
Schumi: Gyarados let it go!
Gyarados let go of the bind and Swamperet is fainted on the ground.
Referee: Swampert is unable to battle! Gyarados wins! The winner of the Johto League Jr.Competition is Schumi from the Red corner!!
Rize: What?! It's.. over?!
Rize battled hard until the very end but after the long fierce battle finally Schumi managed to beat him again and won the Johto League Competition. What will happen next?!

Chapter 103 - Final Round part II

Continuing the battle between  Rize and Schumi in the final round of the Johto League,  Rize is leading by 2 Pokemon!
Schumi: Scizor go!

" Scizor the Pincer Pokemon. It is a Bug and Steel type. Scizor has a steel hard body. It intimidates foes by upraising its eye-patterned pincers thus making it looks like it has three heads. Its wings are not used for flying. They are flapped at high speed to adjust its body temperature. "

Rize' Swellow have woken up and ready to continue its battle.
Rize: Great Swellow! Let's win this one! Aerial Ace!

Swellow attacked with Aerial Ace but Scizor's speed is unbelievably faster than Rize' speedy Swellow and dodged it with ease.
Schumi: Swords Dance!
Scizor raised its attack power with Swords Dance.
Schumi: Metal Claw!

Rize: Swellow counter with Steel Wing!
The two Pokemon begin their sword attack using their steel type moves.
Rize: Swellow fly up high!
Schumi: Chase it and use Metal Claw!
Swellow flew up high but Scizor chased it real quick and it's already behind Swellow ready to hit with Metal Claw.
Rize: Defense yourself using your Steel Wing!
Scizor hit Swellow with Metal Claw but Swellow cover itself with its Steel Wing but Scizor's power is still too powerful and Swellow fell down hard to the ground.
Referee: Swellow is unable to battle! Scizor wins!
Rize: " I never knew he got a strong Pokemon like this! Wait Scizor is Bug and Steel type! Luckily I still have this one!" Cyndaquil back on fire!

Schumi: Let's teach him a lesson for bringing such weak Pokemon! Scizor charge in and use X-Scissor!
Rize: Haven't you learn your lesson?! Lava Plume!
Schumi: Double Team!
Cyndaquil used Lava Plume and hit Scizor but unfortunately it was just a fake copy of Scizor and where is the real Scizor?
Rize: Where are they?!
Scizor: Go!
Scizor is up in the sky and attacked Cyndaquil with X-Scissor.
Referee: Cyndaquil is unable to battle! Scizor wins!
Ling: He's caught up!
Antoine: Gotta do something with that Scizor!
Rize: Heracross show them who's the king of Bug type!

Schumi: Double Team!
Scizor made lots of copies of itself.
Schumi: Metal Claw!
Rize: It's just a fake! The real one is among them!
Heracross was hit by Metal Claw.
Schumi: Do it again quick!
Scizor keep attacking Heracross with Metal Claw. Heracross appear to be unable to keep up with Scizor's lightning speed and just standing taking hits.
Rize: Heracross hang in strong!
Heracross appear to be not just standing there enduring hits but using a new learned move Bulk Up and increased its attack and defense power.
Schumi: Finish it! Metal Claw!
Rize: Heracross focus and grab its arm!
Heracross avoided Scizor's attack and grabbed Scizor's arm tight.
Rize: Seismic Toss!!
Heracross carried Scizor up high and threw it into the ground hard.
Schumi: What?!
Rize: Brick Break!
While Scizor is still laying on the ground in pain, Heracross followed up with Brick Break on its stomach.
Referee: Scizor is unable to battle! Heracross wins!
Jin: Phew! He did it!
Schumi: Pretty good.. Try this one!

" Pupitar the Hard Shell Pokemon and the evolved form of Larvitar. It is a Rock and Ground type. Pupitar's body is as hard as a bedrock. By venting pressurized gas, it can launch itself like a rocket. Its trashing can topple a mountain. "

Rize: " Is he seriously going to use a Rock type against my Fighting type Heracross?! " Heracross use Brick Break!
Schumi: Iron Defense!
Heracross hit Pupitar with Brick Break but because of Iron Defense Pupitar didn't barely felt anything.
Rize: Impossible!
Schumi: Rock Slide!
Heracross was hit with a Rock Slide and burried in rocks. After waiting for awhile, Heracross still didn't come out from the pile of rocks.
Rize: Heracross come out!
Referee: Heracross is unable to battle! Pupitar wins!
Rize got Heracross out from the pile of rocks and then resuming the battle. Both trainers are now left with 3 Pokemon! What is Rize next choice of Pokemon to deal with Pupitar?!

Chapter 102 - Final Round! vs Schumi! Rematch of Rivals!

It is finally the finals of the Johto League Jr.Competition and Rize will be facing against his strongest rival Schumi.
Ling: This time you're going to win! You've gone too far to lose!
Rize: Right! I'm going to make some payback!
Antoine: You can't lose after beating me!
Jin: Yeah you can't lose after beating Yin who have defeated me!
Rize: Don't worry guys! I'm going to win! I've come so far! " I will have to go with the best line up!"
The next day..
Referee: The final round of the Johto League Jr.Competition is about to begin! It's a 6 on 6 full battle with no time limit and free substitution! From the Blue corner we have Rize!

Referee: And from the Red corner we have Schumi!

Referee: 3,2,1! Trainers begin the battle!
Schumi: Sneasel go!

Rize: Cyndaquil go!

Rize: " I'm in luck! I got the type advantage! " Cyndaquil use Flame Wheel!
Schumi: Sneasel.. dodge it.
Sneasel dodged Cyndaquil's Flame Wheel attack.
Antoine: Wow! His Sneasel is faster than mine!
Schumi: Are you kidding? Who's bringing a small weak Pokemon like that to the finals? Sneasel Faint Attack!
Rize: Size does not matter! It's coming Cyndaquil! Lava Plume!
Sneasel charged in to attack with Faint Attack but got hit by Cyndaquil's Lava Plume.
Referee: Sneasel is unable to battle! Cyndaquil wins!
Rize: See that?! Never underestimate my Cyndaquil!
Schumi: ... Noctowl go!

Rize: Cyndaquil use Lava Plume!
Schumi: Fly up high!
Cyndaquil's Lava Plume can't reach Noctowl in the sky.
Schumi: Noctowl use Air Slash!
Rize: Cyndaquil dodge by using Quick Attack!
Cyndaquil speed up its speed using Quick Attack and dodged Noctowl's Air Slash.
Rize: " Battling a flying Pokemon is tough if we can't fly ourself! " Cyndaquil retreat for now! Swellow your turn!

Rize: Let's see who's Flying type is stronger! Swellow use Steel Wing!
Schumi: Noctowl use Steel Wing too!
The two flying pokemon using their hard like steel wings, fighting like a sword fight. But Swellow's move is faster than Noctowl and Noctowl get hit.
Schumi: Air Slash!
Rize: Use Steel Wing to cut trough it!
Swellow used Steel Wing to cut through the Air Slash and avoided damage.
Schumi: I'm sick of this! Noctowl Hypnosis!
Swellow was put to sleep by Hypnosis
Rize: Swellow no!
Schumi: Dream Eater!
Swellow was hurt by Dream Eater as its having a bad nightmare.
Rize: Swellow Sleep Talk!
Swellow used Sleep Talk and used Facade in its sleep condition and with the power of Guts Noctowl can't take the hit and knocked out.
Referee: Noctowl is unable to battle! Swellow wins!
Rize: Yes! 2 Pokemon down!
Antoine: He's leading!
Rize is leading in the final round against Schumi, but will he be able to keep this winning momentum till the very end?! You'll never know as his opponent is Schumi! Find out on the next chapter!

Chapter 101 - Proceed to the Final Round!

Following from the last chapter Rize is facing against Yin in the 4th round and they each have only 1 Pokemon left.
Rize: Swampert! I'm counting on you!

Yin: My Water Starter is far superior than yours! Feraligatr Crunch attack!
Rize: That's my line! Mud Bomb!
Feraligatr was hit by Mud Bomb and failed to attack with Crunch.
Rize: Brick Break!
Yin: Slash attack!
Both of them clashed their attacks.
Yin: Your Swampert is part of Ground type! In that case I have the advantage! Ice Fang!
Feraligatr used Ice Fang on Swampert and froze its right arm.
Rize: Break the Ice using Brick Break with your left arm!
Yin: You don't have to be that busy! I'll break it for you! Aqua Tail!
Swampert was hit by Feraligatr's Aqua Tail, the ice that froze its right arm broke but it also took lot of damage from the Aqua Tail.
Rize: " We can't lose! Not before I have my  revenge against Schumi! I'm winning this tournament! " Swampert Hydro Pump!
Feraligatr was hit by Hydro Pump.
Yin: What do you think you're doing?! It's not effective against my Feraligatr!
Rize: That is just to distract you! The real thing is this! Mud Bomb!
Yin: Still not so useful to beat us! Slash Attack!
Feraligatr used Slash but it missed its target.
Yin: What the?!
Rize: Brick Break!
Feraligatr was hit with Brick Break and hardly stand up again.
Yin: Aqua Tail!
Feraligatr used Aqua Tail on Swampert but it missed again.
Yin: What's wrong with you?!
Rize: Finish it! Brick Break!
Referee: Feraligatr is unable to battle! Swampert wins! The winner is Rize from the Blue corner!
Yin: Curse you!
Rize: The reason is Mud Bomb decreased your Feraligatr's accuracy. You better go home boy!
Yin: ... "F*CK!"
Rize have defeated Yin and proceeded to the 5th round. The next day..
Referee: Ampharos is unable to battle! Swampert wins! The winner is Rize from the Blue corner!
Rize: Yes!!! I made it to the final round!
Rize made it to the final round and his oppoenent is non other than his strongest rival, Schumi! Will he finally beat Schumi this time and win the Pokemon League?!

Chapter 100 - 4th Round! vs Yin!

Rize have proceeded to the 4th round in the Johto League competition and this time his opponent is Yin. If he wins, he will go to the top 8.
Referee: The 4th round is about to begin! From the Blue corner is Rize and from the  Red corner is Yin! It's a 3 on 3 Pokemon battle! 3,2,1! Trainers go!
Rize: Donphan go!

Yin: Ursaring go!

Rize: "It's Ursaring again! It's going to be a head to head power combat! " Donphan Horn Attack!
Yin: Ursaring grab the horn!
Donphan attacked with Horn Attack but Ursaring intercepted the attack by grabbing on its horn and stopped Donphan from advancing.
Yin: Brick Break!
Donphan was hit by Brick Break and fell hard to the ground.
Rize: Donphan Rollout attack!
Jin: Slash attack!
Ursaring used Slash and repelled Donphan's Rollout attack.
Rize: "Damn! He kept on stopping our attacks! Gotta stop it from moving freely!" Donphan Rock Tomb!
Donphan used Rock Tomb and trapped Ursaring with the rocks.
Yin: Break free from the rocks with Metal Claw!
Ursaring destroyed the rocks with Metal Claw and break free but Donphan attacked with Rollout attack hard and pushed Ursaring far.
Yin: Ursaring Metal Claw!
Rize: Donphan use Rollout again!
The two Pokemon clashed and compete their power but Donphan's power seems to be stronger and Ursaring lost.
Referee: Ursaring is unable to battle! Donphan wins!
Yin: Damn! Umbreon go!

" Umbreon the Moonlight Pokemon and one of the evolved form of Eevee. When exposed to the moon's aura, the rings on its body glow faintly and it gains a mysterious power. "

Rize: Donphan Body Slam!
Yin: Umbreon dodge it!
Umbreon dodged Donphan's Body Slam.
Yin: Umbreon Mean Look!
Umbreon used Mean Look on Donphan.
Rize: Donphan use Horn Attack!
Yin: Umbreon Confuse Ray!
Donphan was affected by Confuse Ray and become confused.
Rize: Damn! Donphan return!
Rize tried calling back Donphan to its Pokeball but failed.
Rize: What?!
Yin: Your Donphan's stuck here because I used Mean Look on it.
Rize: " What should I do?!"
Donphan keep hurting itself by Struggling on the ground.
Yin: Finish it! Faint Attack!
Donphan was hit by Faint Attack and knocked out.
Judge: Donphan lost! Umbreon wins!
Rize: Dark type! Then Heracross is the perfect match up!

Yin: Umbreon use Mean Look!
Heracross is trapped due to Mean Look.
Rize: You can't use the same trick twice! Heracross quick use Megahorn!!
Umbreon was hit with the super effective Megahorn hard by Heracross.
Referee: Umbreon is unable to battle! Heracross wins!
Yin: Feraligatr go!

Rize: Heracross use Aerial Ace!
Yin: Feraligatr Slash!
The two Pokemon clashed their attack equally match.
Rize: Heracross Horn Attack!
Yin: Feraligatr grab the horn!
Feraligatr grabbed Heracross horn.
Yin: Use Slash!
Heracross was hit with Slash.
Rize: Grr!! Megahorn!!
Yin: Aqua Tail!
Feraligatr used Aqua Tail to counter Heracross' Megahorn.
Referee: Heracross is unable to battle! Feraligatr wins!
Rize has only 1 more Pokemon in his arsenal against Yin, but so do Yin. Will  Rize be able to win against Yin's strong Feraligatr?!

Chapter 99 - 3rd round! Jin vs Yin!

Rize: Aron Metal Claw!
Referee: Porygon 2 is knocked out! The winner is Rize from the Blue corner!

Rize have won his 3rd round of the Johto League and now Jin and Yin's match is about to begin. Who will come out as the victor?
Referee: The 3rd round is about to begin! Jin from the Blue corner against Yin from the Red corner! It's a 3 on battle with no time limit and free substitution! 3,2,1! Trainers begin!

Yin: Ursaring go!


Jin: Furret let's go!

" Furret the Long Body Pokemon and the evolved form of Sentret. It is a Normal type. Furret corners foes with speed despite its short legs. There is no telling where the tail begin. "

Rize: " Luckily my match is before them so I can watch their match!"
Jin: Finally I get the chance to beat you Yin! Furret Quick Attack!
Yin: Ursaring Brick Break!
Ursaring hit Furret with Brick Break before its Quick Attack land a hit.
Referee: Furret is unable to battle! Ursaring wins!
Yin: Are you serious participating in the league with that kind of weak Pokemon?! I wonder how you win the first two rounds.
Jin: The battle's just getting started! Politoed go! Bubblebeam!

" Politoed the Frog Pokemon and the evolved form of Poliwhirl. It is a Water type. Whenever there are three or more of these get together, they sing in a loud voice that sounds like bellowing. "


Rize: Finally Poliwhirl becomes a frog huh?
Yin: Destroy the bubbles with Slash attack!
Politoed attacked Ursaring with Bubblebeam but Ursaring bursted the whole bubbles with Slash attack.
Jin: Monster!
Yin: Slash attack!
Ursaring attack Politoed with a hard critical hit Slash attack.
Referee: Politoed is unable to battle! Ursaring wins!
Rize: " Hey hey! That Ursaring is crazy! Gotta do something Jin! "
Jin: You're strong Yin! But still! I'm going to win! Typloshion let's turn things round!

" Typloshion the Volcano Pokemon and the evolved form of Quilava. It is a Fire type. Typloshion has a secret devastating move. It rubs its blazing fur together to cause explosion. It attacks using blasts of fire and creates heat shimmers with intense fire to hide itself. If its rage peaks, it becomes so hot that anything that touches it will instantly go up in flames. "

Rize: His Quilava further evolved! This Typloshion might turn things round!
Yin: Finally! You revealed your Ace! Let's see what it can do! Ursaring Slash attack!
Jin: Typloshion Eruption!!
Typloshion unleashed a very strong Eruption attack and Ursaring was knocked out with a single blow.
Referee: Ursaring can't continue! Typloshion wins!
Rize: " That was a very powerful move! The whole stadium become hot too!"
Yin: Now you're going to regret for choosing that Pokemon for your first Pokemon instead of this one! This is the best starter! Feraligatr go!

" Feraligatr the Big Jaw Pokemon and the evolved form of Croconaw. It is a Water type. It usually moves slowly, but it goes at a blinding speed when it attacks and bite preys. "

Rize: " Yin's Croconaw has evolved to the final stage too! Can Jin win against it?!"
Jin: We won't lose even with a type disadvantage! Typloshion Quick Attack!
Feraligatr was hit by the speedy Quick Attack.
Yin: Crunch attack!
Jin: Dodge that and attack with Hidden Power!
Typloshion dodged Feraligatr's Crunch attack and attacked with Hidden Power and it looks like it is super effective to Feraligatr.
Yin: Ggrr! Slash attack!
Typloshion was hit by Slash attack.
Yin: Now quick use Aqua Tail!
Typloshion was hit again this time with Aqua Tail.
Jin: Typloshion hang on! Use Hidden Power!
Yin: Crunch attack!
This time Feraligatr dodged the Hidden Power and crunched Typloshion's neck.
Yin: Don't let go!
Typloshion was screaming in pain.
Jin: Typloshion!! Eruption!!
Typloshion unleashed a strong close range Eruption attack and hit Feraligatr. The whole arena was filled and clouded with fire. As the fire vanished the battle is now viewable again but..
Referee: Both Typloshion and Feraligatr is unable to battle! It's a draw! But since Yin still have 1 more Pokemon, Yin from the Red corner win!
Jin: ...
Yin: You did your best Typloshion!
The board begin to spin and displayed the 4th round's opponent for Rize and it was Yin who he's going against with in the 4th round. Jin has lost against Yin, will Rize be able to beat Yin and his strong Pokemon?!

Chapter 98 - Round 2! Vs Antoine!

It's the 2nd day of the Pokemon League Competition and Rize next opponent this time is Antoine.
Referee: The 2nd round of the Pokemon League Competition is about to begin! It's a 3 on 3 Pokemon battle with free substitutions and no time limit! 3,2,1! In the Blue corner we have Rize and the Red corner is Antoine! Let the battle begin! 3,2,1! Go!
Antoine: I have been waiting for this momment! This time you're going down Rize! Houndour go!

" Houndour the Dark Pokemon and the pre-evolved form of Houndoom. It is a Dark and Fire type. It conveys its feeling using different cries. It is smart enough to hunt in packs. "

Rize: Hoothoot go!
Antoine: Houndour Crunch attack!
Rize: Hoothoot fly up high to dodge!
Hoothoot flew up high and dodged Houndour's Crunch attack.
Antoine: Don't let it escape! Houndour use Flamethrower!
Hoothoot was hit by Flamethrower and fell down to the ground.
Antoine: Crunch! Go!
Rize: Hoothoot Hypnosis!
Hoothoot used Hypnosis and Houndour fall asleep.
Rize: Hoothoot rest up abit while its sleeping.
Suddenly the sleeping Houndour woke up.
Antoine: Fire Fang! Go!
Rize: So fast!
Hoothoot was hit by Fire Fang and knocked out.
Referee: Hoothoot lost! Houndour wins!
Antoine: My Houndour's abillity is Early Bird. It made it able to wake up faster than as usual.
Rize: Aron go!
Antoine: " What Pokemon is that?! It looks like it's a Steel type! But he knew that Houndour is a Fire type so it can't be a Steel type!
Rize: Aron Rock Tomb!
Houndour was hit by Rock Tomb.
Antoine: Houndour Crunch attack!
Houndour used Crunch on Aron but Aron barely feel anything.
Rize: Double Edge!
Houndour was hit by Double Edge and knocked out.
Referee: Houndour lost! Aron wins!
Antoine: Larvitar go!

" Larvitar the Rock Skin Pokemon. It is a  Rock and Ground type Pokemon. It is born deep underground. It can't emerge until it has entirely consumed the soil around it. After it has eaten a large mountain, it falls asleep so it can grow. "

Rize: " It eat a large mountain to grow?! That's scary! Wonder where he got his Larvitar from." Aron use Dig!
Aron burrowed a hole and went underground.
Antoine: Damn!
Aron came out and hit Larvitar.
Antoine: Larvitar use Brick Break now!
Rize: Aron Metal Claw!
Both Pokemon clashed their attack to each other and both was knocked out.
Referee: Both Aron and Larvitar is unable to battle! It's a draw! 3,2,1! Resume the battle!
Antoine: Sneasel it's up to you!
Rize: "I knew it will be Sneasel!" Aipom go!
Antoine: Sneasel Slash attack!
Rize: Aipom dodge it!
Aipom dodged Sneasel's Slash attack!
Rize: Aipom use Swift!
Antoine: Dodge that!
This time Sneasel dodged Aipom's Swift attack.
Rize: Both Pokemon are equally fast! If nobody can land a hit the match will not last! It's time for head to head battle!!
Antoine: I agree with you! Head to head and see who is stronger! Sneasel Metal Claw!
Rize: Aipom Brick Break!
The two Pokemon fiercely goes head to head trying to land a hit. After awhile Sneasel can't keep up anymore due to the move type disadvantage and lost its guard and hit by Aipom's Brick Break over and over again untill it's unable to battle.
Referee: Sneasel lost! Aipom wins! The winner is Rize from the Blue corner!
Antoine: I guess I still can't beat you afterall..
Rize: But this time you're close!
Rize have defeated Antoine in the 2nd round and proceed to the 3rd round. Will he be able to keep this momentum? Who will be his next opponent?!

Chapter 97 - Johto League Round 1 Begin!

The long awaited Johto League have finally began! The Opening ceremony has ended and the board started to spin to show the 1st opponent for each participant. There are a total of 128 Trainers participating in the Johto League Jr.Competition and tomorrow Rize will be having his first match.
Yin: Hey! You're lucky that you didn't meet me in the first round! I will crush you!
Jin: Hey I'm here too! Don't forget about me! I'm the future champion of this tournament!
Yin: Yeah.. whatever.. sigh..
Rize: Only time will tell!
Antoine: Hey Rize I made it into the Pokemon League in time!
Rize: Wow! You really gathered all the badges in time! Congratulations!
Antoine: I'm a genius afterall!
Rize: Why is everybody bragging themself.. sigh..
Schumi: " Bunch of pathetic losers!"
The next day..
Referee: Preliminary Round 1 of the Pokemon League Jr.Category is about to begin! On the Blue corner we have Rize from Hoenn and On the Red corner we have Gary from Johto! It's a 3 on 3 Pokemon Battle with no time limit and free substitution! Please send out the Pokemon after a countdown from 3! 3,2,1! Go!
Gary: Magcargo! go!

" Magcargo, the Lava Pokemon and the evolved form of Slugma. It is a Fire and Rock type. The shell on its back is just skin  that has cooled and hardened. It breaks easily with a slight touch. "
 
Rize: Cyndaquil go!
Gary: So we meet again! I really didn't expect meeting you in the Pokemon League Competition! So you're able to train your Pokemon properly now?
Rize: Ofcourse! And I'm going to win! Cyndaquil Swift attack!
Magcargo was hit by Cyndaquil's Swift attack but it didn't feel a thing as it shielded itself using its shell.
Gary: Weak attacks like that can't hurt my Magcargo! Magcargo Rock Throw!
Magcargo used Rock Throw but Cyndaquil managed to dodged every single one.
Rize: Your Magcargo's too slow! But this is too troublesome! Cyndaquil retreat! Swampert go!
Gary: I won't let you do as you like! Magcargo back! Wobbuffet go!

" Wobbuffet the Patient Pokemon and the evolved form of Wynaut. It is a Psychic type. It hates light and shock. If attacked, it inflates its body to build up its counterstrike. "

Gary: Come on.. attack us now..
Rize: Swampert let's win with 1 shot! Hydro Pump!
Gary: Wobbuffet Mirror Coat!
Wobbuffet took the Hydro Pump's damage but reflected it back to Swampert with 2x the power and Swampert was knocked out!
Referee: Swampert is unable to battle! Wobbuffet wins!
Gary: 1 shot huh? Yeah right!
Rize: "Gotta use Cyndaquil and win or else he will have the advantage!" Cyndaquil go use Lava Plume!(Cyndaquil learned Lava Plume)
Gary: Wobbuffet Mirror Coat again!
Wobbuffet took the hit and once again reflected the Lava Plume back to Cyndaquil 2x the power but.. Cyndaquil took it and raised its own Fire power thanks to its Flash Fire abillity.
Gary: What?! But how?!
Rize: Yes!|
Wobbuffet was also burned due to the Lava Plume effect and knocked out.
Referee: Wobbuffet is unable to battle! Cyndaquil wins!
Gary: Magcargo back to battle! Let's show them the true Lava Plume!
Magcargo used Lava Plume and Cyndaquil once again  raised its Fire power. The flame on Cyndaquil's back is bursting out terrificly huge!
Gary: It's not possible!
Rize: Cyndaquil Lava Plume!
Gary: Fool! It will not affect Magcargo at all due to type resistances!
But even Magcargo's type resistance can't resist the burning hot of Cyndaquil's Lava Plume attack and knocked out.
Referee: Magcargo is unable to battle! Cyndaquil wins!
Rize: Yes! One more to go!
Gary: Don't think you've already won! Gligar go!
Rize: Cyndaquil Lava Plume again!
Gary: Dodge and use Aerial Ace!
Gligar dodged Lava Plume swiftly and used Aerial Ace.
Referee: Cyndaquil is unable to battle! Gligar wins!
Gary: It's 1 on 1 now!
Rize: Okay Heracross it's your turn!
Gary: Hey isn't this the Pokemon you can't train last time? So you wanna lose again?
Rize: Heracross let's show him your true power! Full power Megahorn!
Gary: Gligar X-Scissor!

                           
The two Pokemon clashed each other with their powerful attacks and fell down to the ground and the last one standing up is..
Referee: Gligar is unable to battle! Heracross wins! Rize from the Blue corner wins!
Gary: I lost...
Rize won his first preliminary round of the Johto League and so do Schumi, Jin, Yin and Antoine as well. There's only 64 participants left and 5 rounds more to go. Will Rize be able to win?!

Chapter 96 - Last Training!

Today is the last day before the Pokemon League Competition starts! Rize gathered all his reserved Pokemon in Hoenn for last training!
Rize: Aron Metal Claw! Vulpix Flamethrower! Swellow Aerial Ace! Glalie Ice Beam! Milotic Hydro Pump!
 


Rize: Perfect! You're all much stronger since last time! You all must have been training when I left!
Rize's 1st 6 Pokemon met again and having a happy reunion.
Ling: Hey Rize! I see that you've been training hard for the league! I'm sure this year you will win!
Rize: Thanks!
Ling: It's been awhile since I meet your old Pokemon, your Vulpix and Milotic is dazzling!
Rize: Yeah! It's been awhile since I meet them myself. How bout your Pokemon contest?
Ling: Tomorrow will be the final for the Super Rank Beauty category. I will be going with my newly evolved Togetic and Bellossom! It's a double performance.

Rize: Togetic! It's the evolved form of Togepi huh?

" Togetic the Happiness Pokemon and the evolved form of Togepi. It is a Normal and Flying type Pokemon. It grows dispirited if it is not with kind people. It can float in midair without moving its wings. "

Ling: I'll let you see the contest performance we've been practicing for tomorrow.
Ling showed the performance of a beautiful Petal Dance from Bellssom and a Togetic flying gracefully as if dancing with the Petals. Milotic and Vulpix upon seeing the performance suddenly put up their own performance of fire and water combination.
Rize: Wow I didn't know Milotic and Vulpix can do such a beautiful move! " They must have an interest in Pokemon Contest and been pracitcing their own combination!" Ling why don't you enter the final contest tomorrow with my Milotic and Vulpix?
Ling: Eh?! Really?! It will be a pleasure!
Rize: Milotic, Vulpix show the audience your beautiful moves  tomorrow and help Ling win the final ok?
The next day..
Judge: Winner of the Super Rank Beauty category is Ling with Milotic and Vulpix!
The whole audience clapped and cheered for the winner.
Ling: Thanks Rize! Couldn't have done it without your Vulpix and Milotic! Here I return them to you.
Rize: Welcome! No Ling I want you to take care of Vulpix and Milotic. I  think it will be better for them to be under your care and participate in Contest rather than idling in Prof.Birch's place and do a Pokemon Battle. I think they're born for Pokemon Contest! Look at how happy they are when performing during the contest! It look so natural!
Ling: Really?! You mean it?! Thanks alot Rize! I will take good care of them!
Rize: Now I gotta go to the League! The Opening Ceremony is about to begin soon!
Milotic and Vulpix have parted way with Rize and now under Ling's ownership. Will Rize be alright without them in his arsenal in the League?

Chapter 95 - Tyranitar the King of Mt.Silver!

2 weeks have past since Rize start to climb the Mt.Silver with Gold and they still have not make it to the top yet.
Rize: It's been 2 weeks since we started climbing but the top is still not in sight. How long will we get there anyway?
Gold: Well it could takes months.
Rize: Months?! No way! My Pokemon League Competition will start in 2 weeks time! Can't we just fly up?
Gold: Skarmory can't fly with 2 people on its back. But this Pokemon can get us to the top!

Rize: Wow you got a Steelix!
Gold: Hang on tight! Steelix Rock Climb!
Steelix used Rock Climb to climb up to the top of Mt.Silver.
3 days later...
Rize: We made it to the top in 3 days!
Rize saw one of the greatest view in his life, he could see the whole Johto region from the top of Mt.Silver.
Rize: The view here is amazing! Everyone should see this!
Gold: Yeah the view is amazing! Anyway the Tyrant Pokemon is here! Looks like it have noticed us coming here!

Rize: It's huge! (Rize checked his Pokedex)

" Tyranitar the Armor Pokemon. It is a Rock and Dark type Pokemon. If it rampages, it knocks down mountains and buries rivers. Maps must be redrawn afterwards. "

The Tyranitar's army which is an army Tyrouge and Hitmontop began to attack!
Gold: I'm going to catch it! Tyranitar! I challenge you! Steelix go use Iron Tail!
Rize: I will take care of the rest then!
Rize and his whole Pokemon battled against the army of Tyrogue and Hitmontop while Gold battle with the Tyranitar.
Gold: It's so strong! Not even Steelixs' Iron Tail could scratch its armor! But it can't hurt Steelix so much either!
Rize: I've took care of the army! How about teaming up now?
Gold: You beat the whole army by yourself?! Allright let's attack together! Steelix Iron Tail!
Rize: Heracross use Brick Break!
The Tyranitar was badly injured and angry and unleashed a powerful Sandstorm attack.
Gold: Stay behind my Steelix or else you will be blown up and fell down! Now we won't know where it will be attacking us.
Rize: Swampert! Detect where it is and use Hydro Pump!
The Tyranitar was hit with Hydro Pump and the raging Sandstorm ended.
Gold: Allright! Steelix Iron Tail once more!
This time the Tyranitar couldn't withstand the attack and fell down.
Rize: You did it! Hurry up and get it!
Suddenly a group of Larvitars and the Tyrouge and Hitmontop army stand infront of Tyranitar and guarding it.


Some of the Larvitar begin to lick the Tyranitar's wound.
Gold: Forget it. If I catch the Tyranitar, these little Pokemon will lost their King and parent. They will be lost in their life! Besides I couldn't really make it without you too so it's not like I am worthy to catch it.
Rize: You're right! You're a good and honest person!
Rize saw Ho-oH flying in the sky from the tall Mt.Silver.

Rize: Gold look behind! It's Ho-oH! The Legendary Bird Pokemon! (Rize scanned it with his Pokedex)

But the Ho-oH already is already out of sight as it flew into the clouds.
Gold: Where?! I didn't see anything! You must be daydreaming! Let's go back.
After defeating the Tyranitar, Gold let it free for the sake of the kingdom and the orphans and now they are climbing down the Mt.Silver. Will Rize's training in Mt.Silver pays off in the Pokemon League?
