After arriving into Cianwood City, Rize make a booking for the Gym match and train his Pokemon before the Gym battle which is tomorrow. Knowing that Cianwood Gym is a Fighting type Gym he is planning on using Tyrogue. The next day..
Referee: The Gym battle between Rize the challenger and Norris the Jr.Gym Leader is about to begin! It's a 1 on 1 single knock out match! Begin!
Rize: Tyrogue let's beat them!
Norris: Tyrogue?! You wanna beat me with that baby Pokemon? Hitmontop let's teach them a lesson!

Rize checked with his Pokedex and found out that Hitmontop is the evolved form of Tyrogue.
Norris: If you want to quit now it's still not too late...
Rize: We're not quitters right Tyrogue! Let's beat them in the face! Tyrogue use Fake Out!
Norris: Detect!
Hitmontop detected Tyrogue's Fake Out and avoided it.
Norris: Triple Kick!
Tyrogue was kicked by Triple Kick and barely able to stand up again.
Norris: As expected from a baby..
Rize: Enough mocking my Tyrogue!
Tyrogue is angry from the mocking and stand up again.
Norris: Oh so it still have some energy to fight..
Rize: Tyrogue use Brick Break!(Tyrogue learned Brick Break from Heracross)
Norris: Hitmontop Detect..
Rize: Double Team!
Tyrogue made illusionary copies of itself and all attacking towards Hitmontop using Brick Break and Hitmontop can't detect the real one and hit by Brick Break!
Norris: What?! Damn! Triple Kick!
Rize: Double Team again!
Hitmontop's Triple Kick missed the real Tyrogue.
Rize: Brick Break!
Tyrogue hit Hitmontop with Brick Break again.
Norris: Oh no! Triple Kick!!!
This time Triple Kick lands a hit but.. Tyrogue is grabbing on Hitmontop's leg and stop its attack.
Rize: Brick Break full power!!
Referee: Hitmontop lost! Tyrogue is the winner! Rize the challenger wins the match!
Norris: I can't believe it! It's impossible! I evolved my Tyrogue and I train everyday under Chuck!

Chuck: Everything is possible Norris! You underestimated your opponent and that's why you lost! Now here take the Jr.Storm badge boy!
Rize: Thanks Mr.Chuck!
Chuck: Hey boy! I saw a huge fighting potential in your Tyrogue and I'm very interested to train it! Would you mind if you let it stay here and train with me? You gotta train right while you're still young!
Rize: You want to train my Tyrogue?! Tyrogue what do you think? Do you want to stay here and train under Mr.Chuck and be as strong as his Fighting Pokemon or continue the adventure with me? You decide! It's for your own good after all..
Tyrogue took a few minutes to think about it and finally came to a decision and chose to stay and train in the Cianwood Gym.
Rize: Okay! I got it.. please take good care of my Tyrogue Mr.Chuck! And you train hard and well Tyrogue!
Chuck: You don't have to worry a thing boy!

Rize have to say goodbye with his Tyrogue who have been a strong and helpful Pokemon in his team.. who knows when they will meet again.. but the day will definitely come for them to meet with each other again..
