Chapter 29 - Aerial Battle in Fortree Gym!

Continuing from the previous chapter, Rize and Wally are now in Fortree City. Fortree City is one unique city as the houses are built on top of a tree and there are many trees in the city. But who will get to battle the Fortree Gym first?
Wally: Rize, you go on ahead and take the challenge first! I want to study on how the Gym Leader battle and his/her Pokemon first by looking at your battle.
Rize: Well okay then.. Thanks.
Referee: The Pokemon Battle between Rize the challenger and the Junior Category Gym Leader, Winnie is about to begin! It's a 2 on 2 Pokemon Battle and only the challenger is allowed to switch Pokemon during the battle!
Winnie: Swablu to the air now!

" Swablu the cotton bird Pokemon. A Normal and Flying type Pokemon. Its wings bring cottony cloud to mind and loves to sit on heads. It can't relax if it or its surrounding are not clean. "

Rize: Snorunt! Go!
Referee: Trainers! Begin the battle!
Rize: Let's win this with one clean shot! Icy Wind!
Winnie: Like I will let you?! Dodge it and Fury Attack!
Swablu dodged Icy Wind with ease and attacked Snorunt with Fury Attack.
Rize: "Damn! Fighting a Flying opponent is so difficult!" Snorunt try another Icy Wind!
Winnie: You haven't learn your lesson? Dodge again like earlier but this time Aerial Ace!
Swablu dodged Icy Wind again and striked Snorunt with Aerial Ace.
Referee: Snorunt is unable to battle! Swablu wins!
Rize: Swellow fly to the air!
Winnie: You have a nice Flying Pokemon! But I will be the winner! Afterall I'm specialized in Flying Type under Winona! Go Aerial Ace!
Rize: Double Team! And attack with Wing Attack!
Winnie: Swablu look out! Behind you!
Swablu was hit with Wing Attack and knocked out.
Referee: Swablu lost! Swellow is the winner!
Winnie: Not bad! Try this one!

" Pelipper the water bird Pokemon. It is a Water and Flying type. Pelipper is a messenger of the skies in Hoenn carrying small Pokemon and eggs to safety in its bill. It dips its large bill in the sea, then scoops up numerous prey along with water. "

Winnie: Pelipper Water Gun!
Rize: Swellow dodge it! Quick Attack!
Swellow dodged the Water Gun and attacked with Quick Attack.
Winnie: It's too fast!
Rize: Wing Attack!
Swellow hit Pelipper with Wing Attack.
Winnie: " Oh no! While I'm thinking for a plan he keeps on attacking Pelipper!"
Winnie: Pelipper Mist and hide inside the Mist!
Pelipper created a Mist and hide in it.
Rize: Just wait until it come out or the mist has gone and attack with Wing Attack!
Winnie: " This doesn't do! They're ready to attack anytime!"
The mist is gone>
Rize: There! now Wing Attack!
Referee: Pelipper is unable to battle! The winner is Rize the challenger!
Winnie: Your Swellow is very fast! I can't keep up with your speed! Here take your Junior Feather Badge!

Rize: Thanks!
Winnie: You know I think if you teach your Swellow the move Aerial Ace it will be much stronger! I have this manual on how to teach your Pokemon to learn Aerial Ace I would like to give it to you.
Rize: That's so nice of you! I will teach my Swellow Aerial Ace as soon as possible!
